friendly staff elegant design
the staff was very effective and friendly (i was especially impressed by their quick responses). the facility had an elegant design. it is a perfect location for exploring the area.
i noticed the linens and towels needed more care to ensure they're replaced. sometimes this detail was missed. i also think they should check the room frequently.

the breakfast was amazing with many choices. the staff was attentive. my room was quiet and i was like i was the only guest. monTransport picked me up on time and hassle free.
The lobby can be too crowded with tourists. It was sometimes annoying.

the gym and spa area were acceptable.
i waited over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar, but they never arrived so i went straight to dinner. i tried to come in the side door one day, a main entrance, but the doorman refused me entry (my husband was allowed in two minutes later). it is a shame this place cannot get itself in order, as it has such potential but it's not worthy of a 5 with such poor service.

perfect view respectful staff fresh buffet
The room offered a perfect city view. It included thoughtful amenities and plush bedding. I found the staff courteous. They were always ready to assist me and offered excellent local recommendations. I appreciated the breakfast buffet that was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.

quality food attentive service slow process small fridge
the breakfast was excellent , it offered a vast selection of high-quality foods. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the attentive service from the staff.
the check-in process took longer than i expected , i waited for about 20 minutes. also , the mini fridge in my room was quite small , it limited the amount of beverages i could store.
