the gym and spa area were acceptable.
i waited over 15 minutes for drinks at the bar, but they never arrived so i went straight to dinner. i tried to come in the side door one day, a main entrance, but the doorman refused me entry (my husband was allowed in two minutes later). it is a shame this place cannot get itself in order, as it has such potential but it's not worthy of a 5 with such poor service.

the check-in process took longer than i expected , i waited for about 20 minutes. also , the mini fridge in my room was quite small , it limited the amount of beverages i could store.
